"All American Conference SWAG"

Having just come back from a 3-day long conference, I'm excited to report about the extra touches that add value to an event like this. The theme was Americana 50's style. It started at check in when I received a branded notebook with the my itinerary for the 3-days neatly printed on the first pages along with a map, event tickets and other special instructions. At the end of a long day I was excited to find a gift bag dropped in my hotel room full of hotel stay "essentials" like snacks, a hoody sweatshirt, other meeting tools, and a branded watch to commemorate the event. Everything of course consistent in the Americana theme and branded with the signature event logo. Other touches worth mentioning were the "image" pillows scattered atop the club like couches. The cocktail hour was staged as a chic club like lounge with white modern couches and end tables. There were also light up beer steins, necklaces and napkins. Take notes from the pros and add that extra "wow" touch whenever possible to leave a lasting impression on your guests. Marketing 101...be consistent with your brand.
