"SOIREE DU CHOCOLAT & WINE"
I love entertaining and recently hosted a fabulous event at my home in West Los Angeles. Friend and colleague Ruby Dichirico-"Catering Coordinator Extraordinaire" for City Kitchen and Urban Palate, coordinated the festivities by inviting one of her chefs to come in and to teach our party "The Art of cooking Chocolate with SPICE." As the wine flowed so did the array of gourmet samples that Ruby & Chef Jessica brought in for our tasting pleasure. Chef Jessica did a demonstration and taught our group about the different chili's and other freshly ground spices and how they could be used to add flavor to our sweets like chocolate and fresh whipped cream. The swag gift of the evening was the branded wine pourers. If you'd like to have an event like this please email me and I would be happy to refer Ruby and her team to you. PS...The event was a huge success and my fav delectable was the "Chai White Chocolate!"....Divine!
